I. Where can turbine enclosures, soundproof enclosures, noise reduction enclosures, and cosmetic panels be used?

1. Residential soundproof enclosures and noise reduction enclosures: Some residential areas are close to roads and are affected by vehicle noise. In such cases, it is suitable to install soundproof enclosures and noise reduction enclosures for noise reduction. However, factors such as the distance from the noise source and the height of the building should be considered.

2. Factory soundproof enclosures, noise reduction enclosures, and cosmetic panels: Many factories generate significant noise during production, leading to the installation of soundproof enclosures and noise reduction enclosures for noise control. II. How to install turbine enclosures, soundproof enclosures, noise reduction enclosures, and cosmetic panels

1. The construction site must be cleared to ensure no clutter is present. Thoroughly clean any debris on the surface of the concrete crash wall. Conduct a comprehensive inspection and repair of high-strength chemical anchors embedded in the concrete crash wall, and apply anti-corrosion measures to the anchor threads.

2. Install fixed columns: Select the appropriate positions and accurately drill column holes. Hoist the H-beam column assembly (composed of H-beam, flange base plate, inner rib plate, and outer rib plate welded together) for the soundproof enclosure, noise reduction enclosure, and cosmetic panel onto the high-strength chemical anchors embedded in the concrete crash wall. Adjust the position, height, verticality of the H-beam columns, and the spacing between columns, then secure them with M20 nuts. Ensure the columns are vertically aligned with the ground after installation.

3. Installation of turbine enclosure soundproof panels, noise reduction panels, and cosmetic panels: After correctly installing the H-beam columns for the soundproof enclosure and noise reduction enclosure on the concrete crash wall, use a crane or scaffolding to hoist the louvered sound-absorbing panels or transparent soundproof panels slightly off the ground. Attach auxiliary safety slings, then slowly lower the panels so that both ends fit into the grooves of the H-beam columns. Lower the panels along the grooves to the appropriate height, remove the auxiliary safety slings, and lower the panels to the final height. Adjust the louvered sound-absorbing panels or transparent soundproof panels to their final positions, and adjust the spring clips to secure the panels firmly. Check for any gaps to ensure a tight fit.

4. After installation is complete, inspect all parts of the soundproof enclosure and noise reduction enclosure for any issues such as gaps. Throughout the construction process, prioritize safety, as some tasks require working at heights. Always pay attention to safety during construction.
